The Providence Upholstered Swivel Counter Stools are absolutely beautiful and were exactly the look I was hoping for. The upholstery, finish, and overall design give them a high-end appearance that works perfectly in my space. I've received several compliments on them already. My only criticisms are that they feel a little light in weight, and the swivel action isn't as smooth as I expected. They do take a minute to assemble, and the instructions aren't great (had to redo a few bolts to get everything to line up properly, tip--get every bolt in before you tighten any of them, even a little bit), but the quality feels really nice. Also, if it matters to you, the swivel is not a "return" swivel. So if you're sitting in it, you can turn around, but they don't automatically return to the original position, which means I still have to go around and straighten them.
