They sent us a 30" vanity in a 36" package. This introduced a whole host of problems with the return process. First, there was no way to redeem it. The vanity top was 36" and the bottom was 30". So even a reduced price offer didn't help--it HAD to be returned. Second, there was no easy way to return it--returns have to be secured and there's no way to secure a 30" vanity in a 36" vanity box. Third, Wayfair appears to be pretty garbage with return support anyway, so a complicated return quickly becomes INSANELY complicated. It's taken a week just to get to the point where I've gotten someone to understand the complex problem, and he appears to be shackled by 'policy'. It appears to be Wayfair's 'policy' that even if they screwed up entirely, you have to be perfect to get your money back. Will update the review when I actually get the refund to reflect the time and effort spend in this insanity.. Jesse. Denver, CO. Tue Aug 04 2026
