The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice looking. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out. You can BARELY reach the water line attachment in the back with finger tips, so could hardly get it tight enough. Great mattress for the price. The mattress fits the bed (also a Wayfair purchase) nicely. The mattress was easy to unpack, there is an outer package and the actually mattress is vacuumed sealed with instructions of how to unroll it safely.
