I have had this recliner for two months. This recliner is perfect. I needed a small recliner for my husband as he goes through cancer treatment. My husband is 6 feet and 180 pounds and this recliner fits him. He states it is comfortable. If you are a “bigger” person or taller than 6 feet, this recliner is NOT for you. The back of the recliner is not as tall as other recliners that are on the market and consequently, resting your head on the back of the chair can be a little difficult. My husband is using a small pillow. The recliner came in two pieces in a very large box. It was packed very tightly and secured in the box and in order to get the chair out of the box, I had to completely tear the box apart. If you get this recliner and do not like it and want to return it, you will need to buy a new box in order to put the recliner in it to ship it back. The recliner itself comes in 2 sections and was very easy to put together. There were roughly 3 to 4 very very minuscule imperfections that a person can only see upon close inspection. The reviews on this chair made me a little nervous, but they’re honestly not bad! They arrived well-packaged and were outrageously easy to assemble. The swivel feature is smooth and silent, and the cushions/fabric are comfortable. They don’t exactly look expensive (the fabric is a little loose on the rear of the chairs, and the upper cushion is under-filled, so it looks like it will sag quickly), but they weren’t expensive, and for the price, I can’t complain at all. For a rec room, playroom, basement den, or kids’ room, they’ll be perfect. I expect we’ll relocate these to my preteen boys’ bedrooms soon, because they love them! The footrest is easy to lift with a lean-back maneuver and it stays in place just fine, although the chairs don’t really “recline” (as in, all the way backward).
