I bought 3 of these kits for my closet doors. My doors are 1 3/8 thick. I read a lot of reviews stating they would not work. At first they didn't work for me either, but after reading comments and looking at the instructions, if you place the rollers right ( by #) and put the door with #1 rollers in the back, it will work out with no scrapping. I gave it a four because it did not explain this well and I did a lot of extra work before I realized the issue! I can only review this on look and packaging at this time because I haven't been able to install it yet. But it came nicely packaged and it looks like it has everything I need to install it. I got it because I have a smaller shower and it was the only one I could find that would fit. Which from the look of it, it will. It is a really nice, sturdy door, and it pivots instead of slides. This review will consist of two parts. What I think of the recliner so far is it is what I expected, comfortable and it survived shipping arriving in good shape. All the moving parts are OK and the remote is working properly. Now for the full service delivery: The photo supplied is where the driver dropped off the chair, on its side I might add. I set it up right to remove it from shipping container. 1. Room placement Nope, dropped on front step box wouldn't fit through door. 2. Appointment scheduling Late on four hour window and no phone call 1 hour prior that was stated. 3. Assembly and Set-up Not a chance. No delivery team, only one driver who wanted me to sign paper before I could check for damage and he took off as soon as he could after dropping off chair. 4. Debris removal No because he didn't set up so I have to get rid of all the cardboard. 5. And finally the $99 dollar option (I received it free) I got absolutely no value. I ordered from Wayfair because of this service as I am 77 years old and have trouble putting things together now and lifting heavy items. My suggestion to Wayfair is make sure when you give the item to a third party is make sure they will supply the service that was paid for. Unfortunately the first one came damaged, we sent this one back and Wayfair replaced it with a second one which also came damaged. We already had our plumbing moved. Our contractor stated he believed he could fix the leg and the damaged end so it would hardly be noticeable. We kept this one and Wayfair made it right for us. We are very grateful. This is really an issue with Fed Ex. While it was packed well , because of its bulkiness, you can see where the box had holes in the middle on both sides and was ripped open and patched over with cardboard. The ends were also dented and box resealed. It weighs 106 lbs. I have to tell you with that behind us it is a very beautiful shower pan and extremely hard to find in that size with a center drain. It is extremely sturdy. All correspondence with Fine Fixtures and Wayfair was quick and everything resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you Wayfair!!
