The recliner came in two boxes and was well packed. It was easy to assemble and use. The heat and massage are great features. The heat is like a warm heat and is not hot. It is perfect. The instructions were easy to follow. It is roomy and a good size. I like how soft the material is. It reclines pretty much straight. The only thing I don’t like is, you can’t have the back in an upward straight position (like sitting up watching tv) with the bottom reclined). When the bottom is reclined, the chair does not sit straight up. I would like to have the foot rest reclined while sitting and watching tv.
