The only thing I don’t like is, you can’t have the back in an upward straight position (like sitting up watching tv) with the bottom reclined). When the bottom is reclined, the chair does not sit straight up. I would like to have the foot rest reclined while sitting and watching tv. I can only review this on look and packaging at this time because I haven't been able to install it yet. But it came nicely packaged and it looks like it has everything I need to install it.
