We ordered this Zephyr duct cover from Wayfair, unfortunately the main panel (30”) arrived with some small dentsdings, crimpedbuckled edges and a very light digital imprint that could not be removed. I called Zephyr to ask if they would send a replacement. Without any hesitation and at no charge, Zephyr’s service rep (Brian) sent a whole new replacement. Even though the shroud is wide, the air guide behind it on top of the motor doesnt leave a lot of space for the electrical outlet, so I recommend placing the outlet higher and off to the side.. St Pete, Florida here! I’m currently rebuilding my kitchen as it got flooded and got this for a replacement of the microwave above my kitchen range that I had. Have to say that I really thought that it’s smaller than this.. definitely check the measurements as it’s too big for my small kitchen.
