It was packaged very well, and it was easy to open. It was much heavier than I was expecting (who knew mattresses were heavy?) so keep in mind you might need some help. I’ve had the mattress for a couple weeks now and it has been life changing, very soft and firm at the same time, I work in the healthcare when I’m mostly on my feet and walking halls to halls so i constantly have back pain but with this mattress i sleep like a baby and wake up with no pain I definitely recommend having one of those, it helps me so much definitely worth the price..
