I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. Even though the shroud is wide, the air guide behind it on top of the motor doesnt leave a lot of space for the electrical outlet, so I recommend placing the outlet higher and off to the side.. I absolutely love these pans but for some reason water gets trapped in all the lids between the glass and the metal. I can’t get it out and it’s still there after leaving it out to evaporate overnight. I’ve filed a warranty claim and they are sending me new lids but I feel like it’s a design issue and may happen again.
