I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I absolutely love these pans but for some reason water gets trapped in all the lids between the glass and the metal. I can’t get it out and it’s still there after leaving it out to evaporate overnight. I’ve filed a warranty claim and they are sending me new lids but I feel like it’s a design issue and may happen again. The ExtremeAIR 42” range hood arrived quickly. We unboxed it from very good packaging, because the shipping box was obviously crumpled on the corner. Hood was in perfect shape. Very sturdily made. We plugged it in, tried the remote and we are delighted with the power it has. Not as loud as I thought it might be on highest setting. I’d expect some noise at 900 CFM. Lights are placed near the front corners to see what you’re cooking. They are only On or Off, no dimmer or night light-the only thing I might say would be an upgrade. My husband said the hanging plate for attachment is adequate for such a heavy unit, but you need to have solid wood for those screws to hang it. Not a problem here. There is no pipe for the vent, only the baffle and decorative cover for the chimney. You will need to buy pipe and elbow if I going through the wall. Works beautifully! Very pleased!. Darra.
