[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the configuration of this sink, I installed the garbage disposal on the larger side of the sink to make it easier to drain large pots or clean off the debris from roasting pans and the like. I use the smaller side for hot soapy water. It came with a template and when installing it we could see the beautiful quality of the stainless steel which I believe is 18 gauge, appears to be very durable. Also noticed the pads which do really help with vibration and noise. The finish is just beautiful, I just love the satin finish which looks super smart. Overall very, very pleased.. Jenny52. CA. Just received. Nice sink but the "sound deadening" material is not as pictured. It pictures what looks like a sprayed on material on the entire underside of the sink. It is, in reality, some black foam material that is glued on the bottom (large piece) along with 3' x 3' pieces of the foam randomly adhered to the basin sides. This is a really nice sink. It's very deep, the center divider is high enough that you can fill each side quite high. The photo makes the sink look a little shiney, but it is not - it is a matte type finish. I was a little disappointed at first, but it looks fabulous with our quartz countertops. It cleans relatively easily (sometimes takes a little elbow grease, tho). Our remodeling contractor, counter guy and plumber all commented on the high quality and the wonderful composite material.
