The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice looking. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out. And the second one came very quickly. Careful, those shards are sharp! 2nd one is installed. It's a BEAR to install. You can BARELY reach the water line attachment in the back with finger tips, so could hardly get it tight enough. I absolutely love these Delta Champagne Bronze pull-down faucets! They make my bathroom look sleek, elegant, and elevated, and they coordinate beautifully with my other fixtures—even the ones from different brands. The pull-down feature is one of my favorite things about the faucet. It makes cleaning the sink so much easier and is convenient for everyday use. I wanted something with a unique look, that was high quality, and not expensive. I am happy to report I did not have to compromise! The Venetian bronze is so pretty (see drain for color texture). Water flows fast and smoothly. I appreciate that Delta makes everything in this color (towel rack, TP holder, etc.) so all of my “unique” colored items will match.
