The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. Added this vanity top to a lovely Wayfair vanity and I couldn't be happier! The subtle (but noticeable) soft grey veining runs throughout the marble top, and I love the square-shaped undermount sink. It has a single hole for the faucet, and an overflow hole in the sink itself. It also comes with a backsplash, which I really appreciated! I love this sink topper and would highly recommend!. Cory.
