The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice looking. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out. And the second one came very quickly. Careful, those shards are sharp! 2nd one is installed. It's a BEAR to install. You can BARELY reach the water line attachment in the back with finger tips, so could hardly get it tight enough. I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time.
