Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. I bought the [Bhanweri] recliner because it was in stock and I had been waiting months to get from a local store. I bought the otter color. It is darker than anticipated from what I saw in the picture but I'm hoping when my love seat comes in from said furniture store it matches. The price was a little more than what I was paying at a local store but they had it months before the other store could which now a days is a plus, it's hard to find furniture in stock, especially made in the USA. The chair is attractive, not too big but big enough for me and I'm 5'9". The material in the seat of the chair is a little loose after a couple of weeks.
