The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice looking. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out. You can BARELY reach the water line attachment in the back with finger tips, so could hardly get it tight enough. Sealed lower element , convection included. Easy to clean inside with a wipe down. And it was white exterior which I wanted to match the rest of my kitchen.
