I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. Absolutely love this chair! It is firm and of great quality. The leather is strong and everything about this chair looks great. The only problem we are having is that the electrical connection does not work! So of course we have not been able to recline yet! But enter Wayfair!!!!! I am so impressed with their response to our concern. I was offered a number of ways to solve the problem. I really want to keep the chair so they have agreed to send someone out to look at the chair and repair the electrical connections or order new parts if needed!!! I had a number of other places I was looking at to buy a much needed recliner. Almost made a different selection from another store. So glad I chose Wayfair!
