The first one they sent was shattered in the box. The second one is pretty nice looking. At least I get a free second set of the inner parts for when anything wears out. And the second one came very quickly. Careful, those shards are sharp! 2nd one is installed. It's a BEAR to install. You can BARELY reach the water line attachment in the back with finger tips, so could hardly get it tight enough. I really like how I can fit everything in this sink to wash it. I don’t use all of the accessories but they are nice to have. One complaint is that the sink is not quite sloped enough to let the water drain out of the corners.
