I am thoroughly satisfied with the product. It offers ample space for my Benz, eliminating concerns about sun damage, bird droppings, tree sap, and snow. While the frame assembly was relatively swift, the roof required numerous screws, which consumed the most time and necessitated securing it to the concrete. This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. About 15 hours of hard work to assemble myself but nice once completed. Instructions were rather poor and missed quite a few essentials like which way to face the bolts in the main metal supports, how/where to best connect the elastic ties and a few other things I had to lean on my construction knowledge to deduce. I put a large tarp bought separately on the ground to cover the dirt and highly recommend weight bags. It just barely fits my corvette so double check your car length. This extra large market umbrella is perfect for our outdoor pool patio. It provides excellent shade, is easy to open and close, and feels sturdy even on breezy days. It looks great and has made our space much more enjoyable! The base (shown in picture) comes with a cloth cover on top, instead of plastic.
