Behold! The unbroken 14-inch rough in toilet! The first toilet’s base arrived broken, and not well packaged. I called Wayfair, and they immediately sent out a whole new toilet, even though the tank arrived unscathed. I was really nervous about the second one arriving broken as this was the very last key to the bathroom remodel, and I am ready to have my bathroom back. Luckily, they packaged the second base a lot better, and I also was able to manage being outside when the FedEx driver pulled up, to make sure he treated it well, which he did. Also, when the plumber was installing this toilet, he mentioned that the Cadet Pro is the toilet he recommends to people, so that felt good knowing I bought a decent one.
