The Brutus Tuff Pet Napper is one of our classic time tested products for pets who can be a little rough with their beds. Made of 900D rip stop polyester, with double stitched seams, seamless corners, and a hook & loop enforced hidden zipper, we've equipped this bed with all the tools to hold up to heavy use. The top fabric is also coated with a water-resistant coating keeping any spills and accidents from permeating the bed. While no bed is 100% chew proof, we stand by this as being a heavy duty, chew resistant ped bed that still offers a plush place to land. It is filled with 100% recycled polyester fill in a separate channeled liner to keep it supportive and cozy. The outer cover is removable and machine washable.

My dog is 19 pounds and likes to stretch out so I am glad that I bought the large for his main bed. I have the medium bed as well for my office for him which is a smallish space so the medium works well. I think for a bed you should consider sizing up especially if your dog likes to stretch. measure your dog from nose to tale when stretched out to get the right size. I will buy a nother one for upstairs. They are a bit pricey but 100% worth it because of the low toxicity and quality. This dog bed came more than the described thickness so my elderly dog has not been able to use it. It is about 6 ins thick not four . The bed has smushed down to five inches we tried to compact it .
