I’m a beginner & purchased the brother cs 7205, I love it! Easy to figure out, the manual & video are so helpful. It sews beautifully. I’ve had 0 issues! The one thing I didn’t notice when I purchased was that it embroidery's only the block font. I wish I would have bought the one with more font options and that has an app for my computer so that I can send projects to the machine. That’ll be my next machine. I purchased this cute mechanical Sewing machine after my Singer machine of 45 years died. I am amazed at how streamlined it is! Instead of threading the top thread through 12 or more screw eyes, I only need to do three things. I prefer to use a written instruction book to learn and I found the Janome one to be alright for ME, a seasoned sewer, but it would probably be to brief and very confusing for a newbie. I've purchased a few items from Wayfair in the past, but I was in the middle of moving into my New Jersey apartment by myself, so things were too hectic to leave a review back then. However, I recently bought a Portable Hemming Machine and am so satisfied with it that I finally decided to write one. It’s the same brand I used to own. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service. I bought this sewing after looking for a while when my 30+ yr.one went to the Great Sewing Factory in the Skies. I don’t need all the Bells and Whistles that are on the computer styles. So far I like many features. The drop in Bobbin and the little thread cutter attached to the machine are two examples. It has a self needle threading that I’m still trying to get use to though.. I took my year and a half old sewing machine in for repair again. I have always bought my sewing machines from the old school company. I was looking around the shop while they check my sewing machine out. I noticed a LB5500M at a very good price. I’ve wanted an a sewing machine that could do embroidery for sometime. I set it up at home and started sewing with it. It blew me away the features are fantastic but it’s the way it feels that one me over. It’s very intuitive to use, I seamlessly flow from one project to another. The quality is fantastic and ease of use is unbelievable. I wish I hadn’t just purchased a serger made by the other company. the brother pq1600s is simply amazing!! this was a huge upgrade from my previous machine and quite a big investment for me and it was worth every penny! i’ve had it since the end of october and among all the little projects i’ve sewn, i just finished my first big quilt (90x90). the throat space was plenty big enough to get the whole thing through for straight line quilting and my machine never missed a beat. it’s so solid and powerful (but quiet!) and sews like a dream! even, perfect stitches every time. i am so excited to have this beautiful machine and i can’t wait to keep learning and improving..
