Individual fins of Spanish alabaster flow in and out of a metal backplate giving this stunning sconce a wavelike feel. An opal matte glass tube at the center holds an led bulb that fills the white alabaster diffuser with a soft, soothing light.

This fixture is gorgeous in person and worth the price. It was packaged like Fort Knox and for good reason. The alabaster is in multiple, thin vertical pieces that are wrapped separately from the backplate. Each piece fits into a slot on the backplate and have to be handled with care as you put it together. There is a glass cover that goes between the bulbs and the alabaster so you get diffused light with no bulb glaring through the alabaster pieces. The brass is high quality.
