For toughness, you can count on resilience where you need it most, the Valencia Pro collection is all that and more. Crafted from hard-anodized aluminum (the most durable there is) for maximum strength and scratch resistance, this everyday pan goes the distance. Ready to sear steaks, sauté veggies, or whip up an omelet at a moment’s notice, it’s designed for healthy meal making any time of day. Our exclusive Magneto™ base ensures induction efficiency and top-notch performance on any stovetop. But we didn’t stop there—each pot and pan in our collection is finished with our signature healthy diamond-reinforced ceramic nonstick coating.

I have many types of pans as I am a very accomplished home cook. I appreciate good quality as well. I own All-Clad, Calphalon, Le Creusets and Staub etc. . I wanted a non stick skillet and read about the "GreenPan" . This model Valencia is a higher quality and price point but I like the durability of it. I was hoping to purchase the same model in a slightly larger size , but I can't seem to find it , so maybe Green Pan doesn't make it.. The pan is sturdy and the non-stick surface looks like it will last a while. I have used it to saute, fry and cook rice. I am careful with the surface and do not use sharp utensils in it .So far I would recommend it. Joann. Brampton, ON. Tue Aug 30 2022

Use pot holders or oven mitts when handling hot cast iron. Cleaning your cast iron: Rinse your pan under warm water and gently scrape off any food remnants with a nonmetal brush or a nylon scouring pad. Thoroughly dry your cast iron and then using a paper towel, apply a light layer of oil around the entire surface of the pan. The pan should be smooth with no oil residue. Place the oiled pan on a burner set to high heat. Once the oil is lightly smoking, turn off the heat and allow the pan to cool.

Our new saucepan turned out to be the perfect size for us, in between our smallest and the medium one. It’s very pretty. It cleans up easily and I did not even “season” it like the instructions suggested. So far I’ve only simmered vegetables in it and it worked fine. Nothing really specific to report on it’s performance except It did heat up better and faster than some of our other pans.. Patti. Hot Springs Village, AR. Sat Aug 03 2024
