Needless to say I love it and my 100' hose fits on the spool just fine and is rolled up right every time. We use our almost daily at the full length so it was a hassle to put it back up everyday on our wall hanging reel but this floor model works way better and even can fit under a patio chair if you need it to.. Ordered the Ames Neverleak hose reel to replace a 20 year old Ames hose reel that is identical. I didn't have to put new holes in my house, it was an exact fit.
