The color and texture are WAY off from the photos. It is shown on the website as being a darker reddish hue with contrasting orange fringe on the ends and subtle lines stitched through it. The lines are non-existent and the color is far more brown with the fringe being the same shade as the rug itself. Had it for a few years now and still proudly standing in my living room. Color is great and its pretty thick. It responds pretty well to vacuum but still trying to find a good way to clean it without spending hundreds of dollars; the braid makes it impossible to just scrub on it, even with a soft brush....
