Good for the price. Three issues: minor rust on some of the welds, instructions said to use 1/4" drill bit, but that was too big for the included lag bolts, and the biggest issue is that the mount is either level when retracted against the wall OR level when pivoted out 90 degrees. If your TV is within the 37-70 inch range, this mount will be a suitable fit. Tilt the screen within its 10-15 degree range to find the ideal viewing position and to avoid unnecessary glare, and swivel the screen 90 degrees left and right to accommodate your seating arrangement.
