I received this massage chair in a timely manner and in good condition. I like that it came in 2 separate boxes which made it easier to get through the doorways into my spare bedroom. It was easy to assemble because of the video on the Wayfair description. I like the massage features, but the heat is very minimal.. Phyllis. Salem, OH. Sun Jun 07 2026

The chair was fully assembled and only needed to be unboxed and plugged in (except for the tablet remote and phone holder). We chose to not add the phone holder. Appreciate that was an option. The massage chair has all the bells and whistles and quality looks good. It will take some time to try all the features as the remote pad is complex and not backlit well. I did have to contact Wayfair as the heat feature was not working properly. Crossing fingers that their technician will be able to resolve.. Shaphali. New York, NY. Wed Nov 04 2026

Bought this for my husband coming home from hospital. Arm pads are Velcro and they keep coming off so we cannot keep them on while he’s in it. Haven’t used the massageheat in FL but lift works well and is helpful. I’m 70 and put it together myself but had great difficulty trying to hook up the wires underneath some of them were kind of weird. Had a neighbor do it and he was much younger and struggled himself with it, but he eventually got it done! Every time the cat walked by it would come undone so he came back and zip tied them so they wouldn’t keep coming off. My husband‘s a big guy so it’s a little bit narrow for him, but it’s working.. The power reclining mechanism lets you adjust the headrest and footrest with the touch of a button, while pocket spring seat construction offers supportive seating. This chair also includes built-in storage for your remotes and media essentials. We also love that the integrated lighting creates a cinema-like atmosphere in your main bedroom or media space.

My honest review of the chair. The leather is very nice. Everyone who has seen it in person all commented on how nice they thought it looked and found it comfortable. I am a big fan of the leather. As for comfort the chair is on the harder side but still comfortable for long viewing sessions. The arm rests aren’t the most comfortable and could be softer. The zero gravity while watching tv or playing games is very comfortable and can give you the perfect viewing angle. I do not recommend this chair if you are over 5 foot 9. I am 6 feet and it is too small for me but still very comfortable. My legs stick way over the end but it is fine. Overall the chair is very high quality just a bit on the smaller side. In addition the chair was damaged in shipment but the manufacturer was very responsive and worked with me to fix it. This is not a paid review. I think many people will love this chair for home theatre or just sitting in. Just don’t expect a plush and super soft chair. Love the built in table too. And the entire back of the chair adjusts which is a nice feature. Overall a nice product and very good quality leather.. Matthew. Austin Texas. Mon Sep 28 2026

I tried it out immediately without setting any specific functions. I just went with what it was set at. Aaaah!! Wonderful!! I can't wait to try all of the features!! Reviews that I read before buying this chair were, for the most part, favorable. Some folks took issue with the foot massager compression being too tight. It was a bit snug. But there are ways to adjust that. Overall, I'm tickled pink!!. Jane. Panama City Beach, FL. Tue Jul 14 2026
