Also, the included hanging chain wasn’t long enough for my installation, so I had to buy additional chain from the hardware store. Even with those minor issues, I think this is an excellent value. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. I'm giving 5 stars for Wayfair's customer service when things weren't right. the thought of sending this back made me frustrated knowing it would be a pain. So we set out to do our best. This product had issues from the beginning. Missing several holes for assembly. Luckily my hubby is handy and was able to drill the holes and we used other screws to assemply. It required lots of patience and muscle to put it together because things didn't line up exactly in several areas. Now that it is together it is very nice and strong. I contacted Wayfair Customer Service- used the chat explained my experience and they fairly compensated me whicih is what I was hoping for.
