The chair is beautiful, it was also a PAIN to assemble. Some holes where not aligned and even backwards which made it such a pain to assemble even with professional help. Another issue is the side lever seems to be defective I pull back and the chair reclines, I pull forward and the chair reclines I leave it alone and the chair reclines by itself if the client pushes back just a bit. There doesn't seem to be a lock in place position.. so long story short, if the client starts leaning back, rhe chair starts to recline by itself. Beautiful comfy chair, but it does have issues. I pick this one because of the color, material, size and it didn’t have the massager. I got it for my Down Syndrome son and he has limited space in that area of his room so this was perfect. The table fit perfectly so he can color. He had a chair similar but it was getting old and the Fabian’s fading. Margie. Thu Sep 17 2026

This is a very nice chair, I got it to have a place to just sit and read. The assembly instructions weren’t very good, and it took quite a while to assemble it because of those unclear instructions. The massage and heating work well. The reason I took a star off the rating was because there were several nicks in the wood base of the chair part.. Mary. Amenia, NY. Fri Oct 23 2026
