This is a sturdy unit and the frame, which we did open, assembled very quickly and folds back up easily for storage. The pad is decently thick and seems pretty comfortable. The folding camping cot looks like is made with quality materials and strong enough for heavy people. I love the convenience design to open and close it easily. I can’t say if it will be durable because it is new and I didn’t use it yet. The only negative thing is that the packaging was terrible, the box came broken. These are amazing. We have used them for camping and they’re incredible. Right now they’re in my living room being used as “furniture” while we wait for a new couch to arrive . Seriously though the memory foam is spot on, and when your body is played out every pressure point is supported. There are a lot of nice touches and well thought designed to these camping cots- side pocket for storing phoneheadlamp, easy handholds for collapsing, mattress pad with bungee cords to help secure it when it’s rolled up.
