This 5 drawer chest arrived badly broken. The whole left side of the dresser is unattached, and the 2nd drawer won't pull out and is off track. Beautiful color. Would have matched my bedroom perfectly. UPDATE: Customer service was great about sending me a replacement within the same week. The new box arrived. I thought something was broken inside because when you move the box you hear a clanking sound. From the front the dresser looked good. Minor scratch on front leg, but why is there a thick and long piece of wood inside not attached to anything, clanking against the drawer doors? Tape was stuck to the back of the dresser, tearing off some of the paneling. Then I found the rear leg was broken off, and there's a crack in the side panel near that leg. I was really hoping this was the one I could keep, but I don't pay hefty prices for broken furniture.. Lisa. Spring, TX. Fri Sep 18 2026
