Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! Finally found one that lasts! One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to use, even on early mornings when I’m half asleep. The controls are straightforward, the water level is clear to read, and the carafe pours without making a mess, which is a big plus. I also love that the warming plate keeps the coffee hot without burning it or changing the flavor.
