The sofa itself is really nice. It's a perfect light beige color. Fabric is nice. It's really stiff, which I personally prefer.. I assume it will break in too though. The main thing I wanted to come here and say is that "white glove" or "full service" delivery is such a waste of money. It was free this time, so I went with it, but I said to my wife, it'll probably come damaged.. because what they do is assemble it at a local warehouse and load it wrapped in a blanket on the truck like movers would. Sure enough, it came damaged, smashed in on one side. Also the "movers" had the white cushions stacked in the middle of the street barely teetering on a blanket... any decent breeze or car driving by and they'd have been filthy. Wayfair is sending a new one so that's fine, but for the hassle, I'd rather have it delivered in the box.. this one is literally the main base, 4 cushions and then 4 feet.. anyone could assemble it. Update: Wayfair sent a new one, this time had dirty stains all along the front of the cushion like it was dropped on the warehouse floor. I looked for a long time for a chair like this one and I kept coming back to it. It was so worth it. The cover stays put so when you sit on it and then get up the cover is still in place. I'm not constantly having to adjust it when someone gets up. It is quality. The cover is made from nice fabric, heavy enough but soft and comfortable to the skin. I haven't had to take the cover off yet and wash it but it's sure nice to know I can. I also bought the sofa that matches the chair and wow it's gorgeous. Not one day have I been sorry for these purchases. I am very pleased. In my humble opinion it is better to buy quality rather than trying to save a buck. I purchased this sofa, November 9, 2025. It is the same as it was when I first purchased it. It took my grandson an hour from unboxing to assembling it. It was so easy for him lol Make sure you prepare the slip covers before you take the plastic off the pillows, because they deflate very rapidly. That is a mistake I made, I was so anxious to see what it would look like put together. It is a beautiful couch and it has held up from the tiny hands and feet of my great grandkids. If you want a beautiful, strong sofa, you can’t go wrong by purchasing this one. The only regret I have is that I purchased the cream and not the white.
