As another reviewer stated, I too was sent the wrong 30" height stool when I ordered a 26" one. It's a pain to send back, but wayfair did give me a 10% off coupon for my inconvenience. For the reorder they said they have flagged the warehouse to double check the size since this keeps happening to people. If I like it, I plan on ordering 3 more, but will most likely call in the order so they can flag it again if I finally get the right size this way.
