I missed two delivery windows because I was not aware it came with white glove service even if you didnt request it. The first table came very damaged so they sent a replacement. That also had a minor paint issue and the hinges to extend the table did not work 100 I eventually worked out a compromise with wayfair because I was not confident a 3rd table wouldnt also be damaged and I was really attached to the length of the table because I have a large dining area. Beautiful table and easy to put together. It took almost 2 months for delivery, but we got it during COVID. The only thing we didn’t like is that it came damaged on one of the corners. A small damage that we can repair quickly by lightly sanding and staining it so not a big deal and not worthy to send it back after all the wait. Other than that we are pretty happy with the table. I would give a 10 if I could. I have a bad back and so finding a chair that is comfortable for both short and long periods of time is crucial. This chair is amazing! It hugs just right at the bottom of the shoulder blades and but is designed with a slight flair so as you recline a bit it to adjusts to hold your back without you feeling stiff or in a position that isn’t real. We actually like that they provide the ability to have dinner and then if we choose continue at the table with conversation or even games for long periods of time thereafter. loved the table. but took all metal off (extension suports and extra metal feet part) - much better crude, only wood. when we need extensions, will pickup in the garage. after some months have passed....... the wood covering is just a cover, it chips and cracks - very sad, because the table is beautiful - but it won't last long years..
