I had to order a replacement for this product because it arrived with an entire corner of the board fully broken off from the rest. It had a massive crack all the way through the 2" of wood. I received the replacement in a timely fashion and after 2 uses, the board cracked all the way through again. I would not recommend purchasing this cutting board. (see attached photo of the 2nd crack). Justin. Denver, CO. Mon Jul 26 2021

Label Canadian maple reversible paddle handle cutting board. Whether you are cooking at home for your family and friends, or if you are a professional chef, you will enjoy the impeccable quality and craftsmanship of our cutting boards.

Maple is still the best wood for cutting boards: harder woods or dishwasher safe surfaces damage the knife edges. The size was ideal for most cutting jobs, easy to keep handy since it fits propped up under my kitchen cabinets. I still prefer the traditional paddle design with easy to grab handle. I would buy again.. Kiwiandmom. Wisconsin. Mon Jun 07 2021

This cutting board is exactly what I needed with the titanium on the other side so I can cut my meat and chicken and fish and it doesn’t stain the cutting board. You can see some of the cuts from the knife, but it’s not too bad. I don’t recommend putting the cutting board too close to the stove or putting anything on top of it when it comes out of the stove, cause it can melt the plastic around it. I also suggest when you’re done using the wood side, you wash it with light soapy water dry it and put a little bit of olive oil that will keep it looking brand new. This is a beautiful item..
