Our Pergola arrived in 3 long boxes. One of the boxes had a large taped up hole on the wide side. After doing the inventory we realized all the hardware was missing from the box with the hole I contacted Wayfair to try and get the hardware. They were fantastic! Great communication. They bent over backwards to ensure we received what we were missing. We ended up receiving an everything we needed. It was tricky at times to put it up. Once we figured thins out it went smoothly. Good directions. My husband and I worked on it for about 3 days on and off.. Connie. Reno, NV. Tue Sep 22 2026

It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. The assembled item looks good and is sturdy. The directions missed a couple of steps that added extra time. My main complaint is the use of self drilling sheet metal screws in areas that connect plastic to plastic, and should use a wide thread screw. The screws provided don’t tighten well in those areas..
