Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month. I enjoy soaking and using the jets after a long day working on the yard. I sometimes use it with the water temp on the cooler side to be refreshing on hot days. The cover has not held up. So far so good. Install was relatively easy, but because of its size, having a few extra folks to help hold it in place would be a good idea. My wife and I managed, but it was a bit tricky for just us 2 folks to install and we almost gave up. The gesture control seems a bit finicky, and we can't get it to work reliably. Maybe with time we'll figure it out. The buttons work fine though, and the remote control is a nice touch. The stainless-steel finish, display, and led lights look great. Definitely an upgrade from the Broan powerpack it replaced. As far as noise, it seems to be as loud as our old Broan PM350 we replaced. The grates tend to vibrate a little, so that with the fan contributes to the noise. I was hoping for something quieter, but it's no worse than the unit it replaced, so not a deal breaker. As for airflow, it seems a bit stronger than the broan unit it replaced, which was rate for only 350cfm. This one is rated at 900cfm at max speed, but i don't have a way to measure/confirm that. The fan cage seems bigger, and it's been doing a good job so far of keeping the smells/vapors out of the kitchen while cooking. This is a great steamer. It is great for one person, 2 is ok but 3 is an absolute NO! The “chairs” that come with it are literally toddler beach chairs. So tiny and low to the ground. An adult would not sit in them. Definitely buy your own waterproof bench. Just measure to make sure it fits. Everything else is great. Easy and quick to set up. The cords on the 2 steamers are short so you may need to use an extension cord. But they automatically shut off when water runs out and they only go up to 45 mins. You will need to get batteries for the remotes as well. (The flat batteries). Over all I gave it a 4 because the chairs are ridiculous, the cords on the boilers are short, and the plastic thing that the steam comes out of could be better quality.
