This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.

This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! The assembled item looks good and is sturdy. The directions missed a couple of steps that added extra time. My main complaint is the use of self drilling sheet metal screws in areas that connect plastic to plastic, and should use a wide thread screw. The screws provided don’t tighten well in those areas.. We just finished assembling this greenhouse and I’ll start by saying — it is very large. Bigger than I expected in the best way. Our plan is to put some furniture inside so we can actually enjoy sitting in it during the colder months, especially here in Ohio, and also extend our growing season for plants and vegetables when it’s too cold outside. It arrives in four very large, very heavy boxes. My husband and I assembled it together, and I strongly recommend organizing all the pieces before you start. There are a lot of parts, and it helps tremendously to get everything sorted out first. One important note: we do not yet have a concrete pad or platform built, so we assembled it directly on the ground. That definitely complicated things because the ground isn’t perfectly level. We had to use shims in several places to get pieces to line up correctly. If you can build a level base first, do it — it will make your life much easier. The instruction manual is extremely long. This is not a quick afternoon project. You absolutely need to be comfortable assembling large, detailed items. My husband and I both have a lot of assembly experience, and it still took us about ten hours. If you’re not experienced with big builds, I would honestly recommend hiring someone. A couple pieces were a little bent, but nothing we couldn’t fix easily. There were a few spots in the instructions that weren’t totally clear — particularly which direction certain metal pieces should face (upside down or backwards wasn’t always obvious). We were able to figure it out as we went, but it did require some problem-solving. I’ve also read elsewhere that the UV panels have a correct direction for installation. The instructions did not mention this at all, so we had to make our best guess and hope orientation doesn’t matter. Clearer guidance there would have been helpful. As far as materials go, the metal frame is high quality and thick. It feels sturdy and well-made. The panels also seem solid. My one concern right now is wind resistance. The listing claims it can handle fairly high winds, but we recently had 30 mph winds and the structure was definitely shaking and lifting slightly. The included stakes are not sufficient in my opinion, so we’ll be upgrading the anchoring system. I do love that there are two doors. Both are heavy duty and glide smoothly, which makes it feel more substantial. It’s currently February with snow on the ground, so we haven’t fully set it up inside yet. I plan to update this review once we have furniture and plants inside and after we see how it performs long-term — especially in stronger winds. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. Decent hot tub for the price. Had some trouble keeping it clean and keeping the chemicals balanced because it doesn’t have an ozone system. It is also less powerful so it ran a lot to keep up to temperature (we live in Pennsylvania- January and February were rough but I think that should be expected when it’s 25 degrees outside). It was only ever used by 2 adults. A third adult could probably fit as well, but four adults would be a tight fit. One of the jets did quit working after maybe a year. We ended up moving and leaving it at the house. It was a great first hot tub and learning experience, but if we get another will definitely get something bigger, more powerful, and a little more high end. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. This refrigerator is a big refrigerator with no ice maker which makes it perfect for our use as we have a stand alone ice maker. It is used in the pantry as a secondary unit to store drinks, milk, meat and ice cream among other things. The unit comes with a wifi app which also complements its use as the refrigerator is not kept in a high traffic area so it can let you know if something is wrong, such as the door is not completely closed.
