My main complaint is the use of self drilling sheet metal screws in areas that connect plastic to plastic, and should use a wide thread screw. The screws provided don’t tighten well in those areas.. This was delivered super fast. It was packaged well. It was what we were looking for, and now that I’ve got it installed and used it a few times, I can say it works so well, and I love it. I knocked a star off because there are some frustrating (welding) stains on the stainless steel, and I got cut on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking out of it. Other than that, it’s a dream, and for the price, I don’t think we could have gotten even close with another option.
