My husband installed the floor. I love it but he says it's delicate and "breaks" easily. The delivery company literally dropped the flooring off, on the short side of the boxes. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern.
