Listed as being 10 feet long in dimensions, title, and description. Install instructions do not say differently. BUT IT IS 9 feet 9 and a half inches! It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and keeps our cantilever umbrella nice and secure. We initially tried filling the base with sand, but quickly realized that was a pretty tedious process, so we switched to water instead.
