It took longer than expected to receive the countertop but it arrived in immaculate condition and looks amazing. I put on 3 thin coats of wipe-on water based satin polyurethane to protect it and sanded lightly with steel wool in between coats. The polyurethane really brought out the color without adding too much sheen - it is gorgeous. I know there were some unfavorable reviews for this countertop but I recommend it highly.. Terrell. I bought this to replace the mdf mouldimg that our builder installed in our house and that is comparable to cardboard in my opinion. If something bumps the mdf, chunks just chip off. This edge trim is a great way to finish off the deck tile. Designed to clip into the base of the deck tiles it hides the overall base of the deck tile. This gives a nice and clean finished look to your deck tiles.
