It took longer than expected to receive the countertop but it arrived in immaculate condition and looks amazing. I put on 3 thin coats of wipe-on water based satin polyurethane to protect it and sanded lightly with steel wool in between coats. The polyurethane really brought out the color without adding too much sheen - it is gorgeous. I know there were some unfavorable reviews for this countertop but I recommend it highly.. Terrell. We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern.
