Just what I needed after a fall. Easy to use, and easy to put together. Now that I've had it for awhile, the part that is the back, that's supposed to lock, does0n't lock. The cup holder, which is very flimsy, fell off someplace, and we couldn't find it. I called the company and they said I would have to buy another walker in order to get another cup hook. Outrageous! Wayfair is going to try to get me another one. My new rating is three stars. Wayfair said they were going to send me a whole another unit because they couldn't get me another cup holder. It would be delivered on April 24th,& would be free of charge. It never came and I have contacted them twice on chat. Have you ever tried to talk to them on chat. Honestly it is ridiculous. Now they say they will call me. I doubt that will happen. Update: Now, they have notified me they have canceled the shipment. All I wanted was another cup holder. I even offered to pay for it. Should have known, since it was made in China.. Daniel. Tacoma, WA. Tue May 05 2026
