I was very nervous when I ordered this because the description didn't specify whether it had the 12.5" or 7.5" opening. I needed the 7.5" opening to accommodate my Janome MB-4S embroidery machine, but the pictures showed both sizes. I took a lucky guess, and as you can see this is the one with the smaller opening that fits my 4-needle Janome machine perfectly. I'm a 73-year-old woman, and it took me most of a day to put this together by myself, with a bit of help from my husband to turn it over a couple of times. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Took a bit to put together but directions were clear. Had to refer to picture multiple times to make sure we were doing it correctly.
