So far it appears to be a good match for me and my wife since we both have back issues. The reviews were good, but the bed has exceeded all expectations. We are 51 and 43 years of age and weigh 300 LBS between us. Weve worked and played hard this life. We have slept on this mattress for over a week now and every single time, as my 220 lb, blue collar husband wakes up, he comments that was the best sleep ever. He has slept all over the country, in every kind of bed there is. He rarely gives a compliment, unless well deserved. We have owned 3 mattresses in 4 years. I’m 6’5”, 280 lbs and I have had back issues for a few years from a head on collision. This is our 3rd mattress from Brooklyn Bedding and we have loved all of them. We have 2 queen size ones, both are the size plush and we have a king size in medium. I’m a side sleeper and she’s kind of whatever feels comfy for that night sleeper, but we both love it! I’ve used plush all my life because I figured I’d want softness and not a brick to sleep on. However I was talked into the medium firmness one and I’m glad I was! I really did feel the difference as soon as I laid on it. I didn’t sink far into it like the plush, but it had enough give to be super comfortable! It has helped with my back issues when I wake up, I’m not bent over in pain anymore. I did get a nice discount because of my profession, but I’d be more than happy to pay full price for this mattress! It’s worth every penny. Far cheaper than tempurpedic and some other big companies, but that cheaper price definitely does not translate to a lesser mattress at all!
