Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. First, the finish quality on this tub is very good, looks good. my main concern, and why I did not give it 5 stars is because the specifications and the CAD drawings spec the actual length at 66". However, the length is actually 65-3/4 " at the top of the tub and 65-5/8"at the bottom. This presented a problem requiring one of the end walls to be furred out so that the backerboard and tile installed correctly My rough-in was at 66-1/16" so as to allow the tub to slide in easily if it had been the length shown. This is beautiful and will be an amazing heirloom piece. I have 3 skillets from finex. I cannot recommend this brand enough. The pans are solid and heavy and truly are beautiful. Seasoning and reseasoning is something that I actually like to do to keep them non stick. These pans sit on my stove and they are what we us 95% of the time. Do it! They will last your lifetime and through your children’s lives. The pan comes unseasoned so the color is more bronze, after seasoning they will be black.
